Applications
Our goal is to create a gender-balanced, multi-disciplinary team from a broad range of races, cultures and social backgrounds. As well as academic ability we're interested in your life experience, as we believe listening to different perspectives informs and improves our research. This diversity helps us challenge theories and improve understanding, in order to design optimal hydrogen-based solutions in a vibrant and creative environment.
The CDT, unfortunately, is no longer accepting student applications following the final recruitment year in 2023.

Applicants with backgrounds in all disciplines will be considered as a wide variety of projects are available. We also welcome applications from candidates who have taken a non-traditional route, for example those who may have spent time in industry and are looking to return to education. International applicants will need to meet the relevant English language requirements.
